Before securing an appointment as a new client, a brief screening process will take place over the phone as to ensure an appropriate fit. Additional information will be gathered including written questionnaire/intake form. All travel is logged including name, address, & time of appointment with a personal assistant. No personal information will be shared for the safety & confidentiality of both the client & clinician.

A list of forms is available to complete prior to or upon arrival of the appointed time.

A specialized approach will be created based on your personal needs & preference.
